This is me, Pitt, running away from the winter.
I have been living in Southamerica since 1986. 
There I did gastronomy and constructions.
For many years  I ran the famous "Munich" in Montevideo (a pub-restaurant with apartments), which I sold now, because I finally  moved to my beloved Bahia.

I had the pleasure of knowing many countries of the Americas and the Caribbean. And as a young man I had also been travelling  in Europe, Africa and Asia.

But I always came back to Brazil, South Bahia really seduced me. When I first came to Canavieiras  years ago, I knew that I had found my personal paradise: It's calm, peaceful and clean, with an untouched nature, tropical flora, nice and handsome people and no mass tourism. You can make a good living at a very affordable cost.

Our beaches are as good as the Caribbean's. Everything is cheap, because Brazil has a really huge proper industrial and agricultural production, so there is almost no need for expensive importations, in contrast to many other countries.

Besides our social end ecological engagement, we have already made some nice
aparthotel construction in the historical city.
4  apartments are already sold - your new  neighbours are very nice cosmopolitan people:
they all speak english: one highschool teacher, a gastronome, a biker and the chef de cuisine of Queen Mary 2.

 And in the next years we will build houses on our resort at the most beautiful beach of Atalaia Island.

Ther are also some plots sold, with a fabulous neighbourship and our international village can grow up.

Now I am remodeling my  antique houses in the historic downtown with much love and care and planting mangos and papayas on my island.
